I would suggest you to try the following steps:
Step 1: Add the website you are having issues to the trusted zone
1)Open internet explorer > Go to Tools menu, ClickInternet Options
2)Click theSecurity tab, and then click the Trusted Sites
3)Click theSites button. In the Add this Web site to the zone box, type in the Web Site address you are having issues with and then hitAdd button.
4)ClickOK twice.
Restart internet explorer and check to see if the issue persists
Important: -Only do this for Web sites whose content you trust 100 percent.
If the issue persists, you may try step 2
Step 2: Uninstall and reinstall thesurveillance camera software, you may want to check with your device manufacturer for reinstallation and activation of the software.
Uninstall or change a program
If the issue persists you may contact your surveillance camera manufacturer for any known issues with the Web site
